Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained between May 2026 and May 2027
A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
Prior Co-Op or internship experience
Experience with RF theory principles through coursework, academic project work, or industry work.
Experience using RF and electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, or related diagnostic tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on product troubleshooting of RF components, modules and test fixtures in manufacturing and development environments
Provide engineering support for existing RF products while working closely with senior engineers.
Generate and maintain documentation including bills of materials (BOMs) and test procedures for RF products and assemblies.
Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives
Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements
Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teams
Contribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performance
Deliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needs
Participate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategy
Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceeded
Rotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experience
