About The Position

AVMobility is hiring Electric Vehicle Fleet Drivers to provide passenger transportation as a premium Lyft partner. Drivers use company-provided electric vehicles and navigation tools to deliver safe, timely, and professional service. The company covers vehicle maintenance, insurance, electricity, and mobile devices. Drivers receive a $14-per-hour base pay plus tips, which average $3–$8 per hour; the posting says the most committed drivers can earn up to $22 per hour when combining base pay and tips. Full-time AM and PM shifts are available, and schedules must include at least one weekend day. This is a W-2 position.

Requirements

• Florida Class E driver's license.
• At least 2 years of U.S. driving history.
• Clean driving record, with no at-fault accidents or moving violations for at least 2 years.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing, including marijuana testing.
• Must be at least 25 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Broward County Chauffeur Permit, Dade County Chauffeur's Registration, or Palm Beach County Vehicle For Hire Driver's Permit; one is preferred but not required to start.
• Rideshare experience.
