About The Position

The Electric Service Technician diagnoses and repairs residential electrical systems while helping customers make informed decisions. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting, as well as performing general electrical maintenance. Technicians inspect, diagnose, and replace equipment, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and fixtures, and ensure work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes. The position uses ServiceTitan software to track repairs and communicate with customers, and includes educating clients and recommending products and services for optimal system performance.

Requirements

Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
Physical dexterity to perform job duties safely and effectively.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities
