About The Position

This is a contract position for an EHR Security Analyst. The role is hybrid, located in Richmond, VA, and requires local candidates from Virginia. The position demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly concerning Cerner/OHPAC security and access issues. The analyst will be responsible for application support and must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Oracle Health EHR and Security
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills related to Cerner/OHPAC security and access issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with IT teams, compliance officers, and end users.
Application Support Experience.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service with individuals of varying technical knowledge.
More than 5 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, meaningful user and other healthcare security regulations.
Experience with Active Directory (AD), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity management solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, and database security.
