Requirements

Experience as a former school administrator, instructional specialist, curriculum expert, special education professional, or experienced education consultant.
Experience in Special Education and Preschool Administration.
Experience in Curriculum and Instruction.
Experience in Leadership and Instructional Coaching.
Experience in English/ELA, Math, and Science Instruction.
Experience in Teacher Training and Professional Development.
Experience with Multilingual Learners and Dual Language Programs.
Experience in School Turnaround and School Improvement.
Knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards.
Knowledge of IDEA and Special Education Compliance.
Experience in Grant Management and Preschool Education Aid.
Experience in Shared Services and District Operations.
Experience in Change Management and Strategic Planning.
Experience in Educational Program Evaluation.

Responsibilities

Support school districts with specialized projects, professional development, leadership support, program evaluation, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Provide training and professional development for teachers.
Offer leadership coaching for administrators and instructional staff.
Conduct classroom observations, walkthroughs, and instructional coaching.
Assist with curriculum implementation and instructional improvement.
Provide English/ELA, math, and science instructional training.
Conduct special education program and operational reviews.
Ensure IDEA and state regulatory compliance.
Provide preschool program consultation.
Assist with grant and resource management.
Conduct district efficiency and organizational reviews.
Perform shared-services assessments.
Lead school turnaround and change-management initiatives.
Develop strategic recommendations and written reports.
Present to district leadership and Boards of Education.
