Responsibilities

- Special education program and operational reviews
- IDEA and state regulatory compliance
- Preschool program consultation
- Grant and resource management
- District efficiency and organizational reviews
- Shared-services assessments
- School turnaround and change-management initiatives
- Strategic recommendations and written reports
- Presentations to district leadership and Boards of Education
