Education Coach
About The Position
Primrose Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support the growth and success of early childhood teachers. The coach mentors and develops teachers so they can create safe, healthy learning environments where children and team members can thrive. The role supports teachers across age groups and classrooms and helps ensure the delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum using the company’s digital platform. The position is described as part of a joyful, welcoming work environment with engaged, caring franchise owners and high-quality facilities focused on health and safety. Primrose offers a time-tested Balanced Learning curriculum through a digital platform intended to make implementation and mastery easier.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages.
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
- Collaborate with leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure implementation and delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Support teachers’ use of the exclusive digital platform and its curriculum resources.
