About The Position
Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support teachers across all age groups. The coach helps educators build confidence and strengthen their skills so they can create joyful learning experiences for children. The role includes supporting delivery of the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and helping teachers use the organization’s digital curriculum platform. The Education Coach also contributes to educator selection and hiring and partners with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide practical feedback to support delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers use the digital curriculum platform confidently.
