About The Position
Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support teachers across all age groups. The coach will help educators build confidence and strengthen their skills, contributing to joyful learning experiences for children. The role includes supporting the delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum and helping teachers use the school’s digital curriculum platform. The position also works with the leadership team on educator selection, hiring, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide practical feedback to support delivery of the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers use the exclusive digital curriculum platform confidently.
