Education Coach
About The Position
Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking an Education Coach to support teachers across all age groups and help them strengthen their skills, confidence, and delivery of joyful learning experiences. The role works with the leadership team to hire and onboard educators, conduct classroom observations, and provide practical feedback on implementing the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum. The Education Coach also helps teachers use the organization’s digital curriculum platform and contributes to a welcoming, collaborative environment that supports children’s learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide practical feedback to support delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers confidently use the exclusive digital curriculum platform.
