EDI Operations Analyst - Encounters
About The Position
The EDI Operations Analyst I serves as a provider liaison for electronic connectivity. The role assists with developing or modifying claims filing procedures by analyzing business and client needs and requirements. It provides vendor specifications to vendors and clearinghouses, enrolls providers for claims and encounter submission, educates providers about EDI, and works with vendors on EDI system implementation and connectivity. This is a hybrid position requiring associates to work in an office 1–2 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered for candidates within commuting distance of an office; candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. The stated salary range for candidates working in Illinois, Maryland, New York, or Virginia is $23.46–$38.71. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, skills, and business considerations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in claims or customer service; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Understanding of network and telecommunications methodology.
- Claims encounters experience.
