The Ecommerce Marketing Analyst will collaborate with the ecommerce team and key stakeholders to identify, monitor, and report on KPIs. This role involves analyzing the effectiveness of campaign performance across all digital platforms, reviewing ecommerce platforms daily with a customer-first mindset, and reacting to current business and changing trends. The analyst will also examine key website performance metrics and recommend improvements through A/B tests and analysis of customer experience, conversion effectiveness, abandonment points, customer demographics, website usability, and device trends. Additionally, the position requires providing proper tracking URLs for all digital campaigns and referrals, proactively auditing and resolving tracking issues, and staying updated on new trends and emerging digital channels to suggest new initiatives for performance improvement. Other projects or duties may be assigned.
