About The Position

Advance Plumbing & Heating Supply Company is seeking an eCommerce Data Analyst to serve as the product expert for the web. Success in the role depends on the ability to learn, an interest in growing a business, and clear communication. The analyst owns product data, supports product launches, reviews and updates product information, and works with the web team to make product-positioning and categorization recommendations informed by customer trends and promotional plans. The role also involves understanding data requirements across channels and processing files from one channel to another.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Advanced Excel experience, including VLookup and Pivot Tables.
Comfort with basic HTML or willingness to learn.
Experience in eCommerce.
Demonstrate honesty and integrity while maintaining commitments.
Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine whether action is needed.
Navigate multiple computer platforms with speed and accuracy.
Manage workload effectively, shift priorities, and meet deadlines.
Comprehend technical details.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Unlog experience, described as a major asset.
Experience with Rithum/Channel Advisor, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, or Amazon.
Associate or bachelor's degree.
Self-motivated, positive, team-oriented approach and eagerness to join the family.
Excellent organization skills, including prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own product data, including pricing and new product launches.
Review product information for accuracy and correct or update it as needed.
Work with the web team to recommend product positioning and categorization based on customer trends and promotional plans.
Understand different channel data requirements and process files from one channel to another.
