eCommerce Coordinator

SundaysVancouver, BC
CA$45,000 - CA$55,000Hybrid

About The Position

Sundays was founded in Vancouver in 2019 by four friends with deep roots in furniture and retail. We design beautiful furniture for real life. Our pieces are considered, warm and laidback, making time at home feel a little more relaxed. They give you the look you want, and are functional, too. We sell direct to customers across the US and Canada, online and through showrooms in New York, Pasadena, Vancouver, Toronto, and Calgary. Our sister brand Hetta takes a more refined, traditional approach, while upholding the same commitment to quality. Both brands are building. We are a digital-first company with big plans, and we are looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us. We are looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support the online experience across both Sundays and Hetta. Reporting to the VP of eCommerce and Marketing, you will upload and maintain the content and merchandising that shape how customers discover, explore, and buy our products. You will work closely with creative, development, operations, and marketing to launch campaigns on site, keep the everyday experience seamless, and make sure every touchpoint feels intentional. This is the right role for someone early in their eCommerce career who wants to learn fast, get their hands on real work, and grow into a broader remit over time. You're detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in getting things right. You notice when something looks off and you fix it without being asked. You are already using AI to work smarter, and you are excited about what that means for eCommerce.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related coordination role – a relevant internship counts, ideally in a DTC or digitally native brand.
  • A sharp eye for brand and detail. You care about how things look, how they read, and how they feel to a customer.
  • Strong coordination skills. You can juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment, manage timelines, and keep everything on track
  • Clear communication across teams. You flag issues early, ask the right questions, and keep people informed.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work. You are already applying AI to content, workflows, or analysis, and you can talk about what is working and what is not.
  • Self-starter energy with a genuine curiosity to learn. You are keen and you are excited to grow into the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Shopify experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Shopify product setup and catalog maintenance (accurate data, imagery, filters, inventory), and publish and maintain pages across both brands: campaigns, landing pages, collections, journal content, and general pages like About Us, FAQ, and Showrooms
  • Execute product merchandising for new launches, category refreshes, sale moments, and seasonal campaigns
  • Own the content side of sale launches and take-downs: banners, promo tiles, page updates, and merch refreshes
  • Keep product pages accurate and compelling, updating content, and on-page educational elements as products and messaging evolve
  • Maintain site navigation and taxonomy so customers can find what they are looking for without friction
  • Run routine QA across both sites, catching broken links, missing imagery, and anything that degrades the experience
  • Submit and support dev tickets: spot opportunities, write clear requirements, and help with UAT testing
  • Coordinate with the paid media team and agency to make sure creative assets land where they need to, when they need to
  • Support new product launches across site, content, and merchandising, working with product development and operations to keep everything aligned
  • Partner with the eCommerce Operations Manager on programmes like reviews, product setup, and site health

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision)
  • Generous product discounts across Sundays and Hetta
  • Free weekly classes at Ride Cycle Club
  • Kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, and fresh fruit
  • Professional development opportunities
