About The Position

Villa & House is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Coordinator based remotely (must reside in NY, NJ, PA, NC, GA, FL, TX, CA, CO, or CT) who's ready to bring precision, creativity, and impact to every click and customer interaction. This role involves shaping how a brand comes to life online, ensuring orders are processed seamlessly, inquiries are handled with care, and collaborating with external vendors to maintain brand consistency. The coordinator will build and maintain product sheets, manage assets, merchandise digital storefronts, communicate restock and discontinuation information, analyze partner site performance, track inventory, forecast demand, and support eCommerce partnerships.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must reside in NY, NJ, PA, NC, GA, FL, TX, CA, CO, or CT

Nice To Haves

eCommerce experience is a plus
Prior experience in eCommerce environments
Familiarity with product merchandising and analytics
Versatile, proactive team player eager to learn

Responsibilities

Ensure orders are processed seamlessly.
