Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role (eCommerce experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must reside in NY, NJ, PA, NC, GA, FL, TX, CA, CO, or CT

Prior experience in eCommerce environments
Familiarity with product merchandising and analytics

Responsibilities

Ensuring orders are processed seamlessly and inquiries are handled with care.
Collaborating with external vendors to ensure every product, image, and detail aligns with the Villa & House brand story.
Building and maintaining product sheets for online partners.
Carefully managing image and data assets.
Merchandising digital storefronts to maximize visual appeal and performance.
Sending notifications about restocks and discontinued items.
Analyzing partner site performance to uncover opportunities to boost sales.
Tracking inventory trends.
Forecasting demand.
Supporting the growth of eCommerce partnerships.
