Requirements
- Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
- Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred
- Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten
- Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)
- ECE/Lead Teacher credentials preferred

Responsibilities

- Establish routines that help children feel secure and confident
- Create displays and learning centers that inspire exploration and decision-making
- Collaborate with families to support each child's individual growth
- Ensure all health, safety, and licensing standards are exceeded
