Seasonal Early Morning Stocker
About The Position
The Early Morning Stocker helps deliver friendly customer service and supports store operations by unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, completing planograms, and maintaining merchandise recovery and in-stock standards. The role also assists customers with locating products and solutions, provides fast and friendly checkout, supports rewards and credit-card enrollments, and helps with online order fulfillment. Team members are expected to follow company procedures and safety standards, contribute to a respectful and positive environment, and cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production. This is a seasonal position at the San Antonio/La Cantera Parkway store in Texas. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
- Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go-backs and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other team members.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
