About The Position
Northland Restaurant Group, LLC and DORO Incorporated are seeking Hardee’s team members for roles that may include cooks, cashiers, shift leaders, or management candidates. Team members contribute to producing quality food, delivering fast and courteous service, maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment, and following company policies. Candidates must be willing and able to work early mornings, usually starting at 5 a.m. The listed pay range is $15 to $18 per hour. Employees under age 18 may receive a lower training wage during their first 90 days, as permitted by law. Northland Restaurant Group, LLC and DORO Incorporated are independently owned and operated Hardee’s franchisees. They have operated Hardee’s restaurants since 1968 and describe themselves as the third-largest Hardee’s franchisee in the United States. If hired, the employee’s employer will be Northland Restaurant Group, LLC or DORO Incorporated, not Hardee’s Restaurants LLC.
