About The Position

Young Interventions, Inc. is hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking Early Intervention Specialist to support infants and toddlers with or at risk of developing developmental disabilities in Moreno Valley, Perris, Nuevo, and surrounding Riverside County areas. This is an immediate full-time opening, with candidates expected to work 30 or more hours per week, including drive time.

The role provides personalized, family-focused treatment programs in children’s homes, using a routines-based parent coaching model to help families support their child’s developmental milestones. Most services take place in client homes, although virtual sessions may be needed when illness or other circumstances arise. The caseload may include a mix of in-person and virtual services based on client and family needs or preferences. The position requires travel to home-based sites within a 30-mile radius.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of basic infant and toddler developmental stages.
• At least one year of experience working with children ages 0–5.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability, as specified for the position.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various home-based sites within a 30-mile radius.
• Current vehicle insurance and registration.
• Current CPR certification for infants, children, and adults.
• Current TB test, with booster if eligible.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is desired, but not required for this position at this time.

Responsibilities
