About The Position
Young Interventions, Inc. is hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking Early Intervention Specialist to serve Moreno Valley, Perris, Nuevo, and surrounding areas in Riverside County. This is an immediate full-time opening, with candidates expected to work 30 or more hours per week, including drive time. The role supports infants and toddlers with, or at risk of developing, developmental disabilities. Specialists work with children and families in family homes to implement personalized, family-focused treatment programs using a routines-based parent coaching model. Home visits are the primary service setting; virtual sessions may also be provided when illness or special circumstances arise. The caseload may include both in-person and virtual services according to client and family needs or preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of basic infant and toddler developmental stages.
- At least one year of experience working with children ages 0–5.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to home-based sites within a 30-mile radius.
- Current vehicle insurance and registration.
- Current CPR certification for infants, children, and adults.
- Current TB clearance, with booster if eligible.
- Ability to work 30 or more hours per week, including drive time.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability, as specified in the position description.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is desired but not required for this position at this time.
Responsibilities
- Work with children in family homes to implement personalized, family-focused treatment programs.

- Conduct home visits in Moreno Valley, Perris, Nuevo, and surrounding areas.
