Moreno Valley - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
The Team Member helps ensure every guest’s visit to Harkins delivers the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. This is a seasonal role. Start dates vary based on when the employee is hired. The season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, though the actual end date may be earlier or later depending on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for any specific period, and employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance. Harkins provides training for the job. Candidates should be professional, friendly, reliable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and eager to provide excellent guest service. The starting rate is $16.90 per hour for Team Members, except those with prior Harkins experience, who may start at up to $17.40 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Effectively communicate and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or with a team.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
- Be professional, friendly, and reliable; thrive in a fast-moving environment; and have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and provide directions to auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards, and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
