Moreno Valley - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
Harkins Theatres is hiring a seasonal Team Member in Moreno Valley to help provide guests with the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. The role includes greeting guests, assisting them with tickets and directions, maintaining clean auditoriums and common areas, preparing and selling concession items, and supporting ticket sales and guest services. Training is provided. The seasonal role is expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, though the actual end date may vary depending on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for a specific period; continued employment may be considered based on business needs and performance. Employment with Harkins is at will. The starting rate is $16.90 per hour for Team Members. Those with prior Harkins experience may start at up to $17.40 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Effectively communicate in English and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Harkins experience; eligible candidates may start at up to $17.40 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
