About The Position

INTERCARE is hiring entry-level Behavior Interventionists in the greater Inland Empire. The role provides in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families. Employees receive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ongoing dedicated supervision and support, and opportunities for education reimbursement and career advancement. Services may be delivered in clients’ homes or community settings, and travel to those locations is required. Work hours vary, with availability in the afternoon and early evening preferred. The posting lists part-time, part-time-to-full-time, and full-time schedules, with compensation of $19.25–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

Meet one of the following education requirements: high school diploma with at least one completed college course; high school diploma and current college enrollment; or an associate or bachelor’s degree.
Show a strong interest in working with children.
Be available in the afternoon or early evening.
Have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
Provide proof of immunization records and TB requirements.
Pass a background check.
Meet the physical requirements of the role, including carrying up to 50 pounds and sustained physical exertion for up to 45 minutes.
