About The Position

INTERCARE is hiring entry-level Behavior Interventionists in the greater Inland Empire. The role provides in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families. Employees are trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with ongoing supervision and support. Services may be delivered in clients’ homes or community settings, and the position requires travel to those locations. Work hours are variable, with availability needed in the afternoon or early evening. Service areas include Chino, Jurupa Valley, Riverside, Norco, Corona, Woodcrest, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Meet one of the following education requirements: high school diploma with at least one completed college course; high school diploma and current college enrollment; an associate degree; or a bachelor’s degree.
Show a strong interest in working with children.
Be available in the afternoon or early evening.
Have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
Provide proof of immunization records and TB screening.
Meet the physical demands of the position, including carrying up to 50 pounds and sustained physical exertion for up to 45 minutes.
