About The Position
Jordan Child & Family Enrichment Center is seeking full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join our team in the toddler, 2s & 3s classrooms! For more than 20 years, Jordan Center has been a model childcare program in Raleigh, offering developmentally appropriate care in a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. We prioritize consistent classroom placements, smaller group sizes, generous classroom supply budgets, and supportive leadership and collaborative teams. Requirements
- NC Early Childhood Credential required
- Minimum 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children
- Must pass background checks and fingerprinting
- Must meet NC Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) requirements
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Responsibilities
- Create nurturing, play-based learning experiences for young children
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Track developmental progress and support learning goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Follow all NC childcare regulations and center policies
