About The Position
The LEAP School seeks enthusiastic, dedicated, & caring Assistant Teachers to join our teaching team. We offer extensive training in a supportive learning environment and small class sizes. Our program is designed to make the best use of the talents of our staff. Teachers design the curriculum for their groups based on their passions, the interests and needs of their students, and collaboration with their colleagues. Your supervisors are fully engaged to support you. They are available to regularly participate in your classroom, meet with you individually every week, and guide your professional development. Our structure allows for meetings and planning time to occur during your regular scheduled hours and the calendar includes built-in vacations throughout the year.
Requirements
- Experience working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers
- High school diploma
- EEC Teacher qualified or working towards EEC Teacher qualifications
