About The Position
Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a qualified and dedicated Center Director. The role contributes to a welcoming, caring environment for children, families, and the community. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; a Level 3 Administrative Credential; and previous childcare center administration experience. The company offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement. Compensation is $45,000–$65,000 USD, based on experience and education. Benefits are subject to eligibility and plan terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Level 3 Administrative Credential.
- Previous childcare center administration experience.
