This role assists in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives for account. Serves as the liaison between technical personnel and business area for account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, testing, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, and systems solutions.
  • Familiarity with technology and software development concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
  • Must reside within 1 hour or less commuting distance to Tucker, GA. as required for occasional onsite

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably Medicaid and/or Medicare, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  • Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving business processes, workflows, and user experiences.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Contribute to requirements management, change management, feasibility assessments, and other phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Research issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive business and operational outcomes.
