Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience working with large data sets to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
Attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
Experience building advanced Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile environments.
Experience working with health and human services, government programs, or highly regulated industries.
GitHub and Microsoft Copilot Studio experience

Responsibilities

Analyze, clean, and model data to support business decisions and reporting.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Use coding and automation to improve data processes and operational efficiency.
Support tax coding and data classification activities.
Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
Utilize tools such as Power BI, GitHub, Copilot Studio, SQL, and Python to analyze and manage data.
Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance activities.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
