About The Position

Provide counseling related to workplace and career matters, emotional and mental health, relationship dynamics, work-life integration, and health and wellness. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and may supervise team members.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with counseling or behavioral health.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist certification.
• Applicants are subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
