About The Position

The Village is one of the region's leading non-profit human service organizations. We provide behavioral health and other community services across North Dakota and Minnesota. The Village Family Service Center is seeking to hire an Employee Assistance Clinician/Therapist to join our team at our Fargo location. We can offer you the opportunity to have a career doing rewarding work and professional growth receiving supervision toward advanced licensure. We are looking for a full time licensed eligible Master's level Counselor (LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, etc.) to work with our Employee Assistance program. The candidate must have the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples and groups. The self-directed professional will work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• Licensed eligible Master's level Counselor (LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, etc.)
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide quality therapeutic services.
• Must pass criminal background check.
