About The Position
The E-Shop Fulfilment Assistant supports the E-shop team from within the store, helping ensure that online orders are fulfilled and packed efficiently and accurately. The role includes coordinating with the Operations team to maintain accurate stock records and stock integrity, packaging customer orders in line with DSM guidelines, keeping paperwork current and accurate, and helping ensure timely dispatch and completion of relevant compliance checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role managing online orders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the order lifecycle.
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil online orders by picking and packing items.
- Work with the Operations team to update stock records and ensure stock integrity.
- Package customer orders neatly in line with DSM guidelines.
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date and accurate.
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Complete relevant compliance checks.
