About The Position

The E-Shop Fulfilment Assistant supports the E-shop team from within the store to ensure online orders are fulfilled and packed efficiently and accurately. The role works with the Operations team to update stock records and maintain stock integrity, packages customer orders according to DSM guidelines, keeps paperwork accurate and up to date, and helps ensure orders are dispatched on time. The assistant also completes relevant compliance checks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role managing online orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the order lifecycle.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil online orders by picking and packing items.
• Work with the Operations team to update stock records and ensure stock integrity.
• Package customer orders neatly in line with DSM guidelines.
• Keep paperwork up to date and accurate.
• Work with the team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Complete relevant compliance checks.
