About The Position

Veo is a shared micromobility provider operating bikes and scooters in cities and universities across North America. The company designs and manufactures its vehicles, hardware, and software in-house and directly operates its local markets. Veo seeks operations professionals to maintain its vehicles and improve fleet efficiency while providing riders with an excellent experience. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate and rebalance vehicles, swap batteries, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. The role involves working with a team, solving problems, using hands-on skills, and staying active throughout a shift.

The scheduled shift is Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Part-time candidates are welcome, and flexible hours are available. Pay is $20 per hour. A company van is provided. Candidates must live near or have reliable transportation to the warehouse on Liberty Avenue in Ozone Park, New York.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
• Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layout.
• Flexible schedule, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Follow the mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap their batteries.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
