About The Position

The E-Commerce & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate processes e-commerce, wholesale, and marketing-related orders and supports daily warehouse operations. The role includes managing orders in the company’s ERP and Shopify, preparing pull sheets, picking and packing products, preparing shipments, and receiving and checking incoming inventory. The position is on-site, Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Cleobella is a fashion brand centered on sustainability and ethical practices. Its designs are handmade by independent artisans, using traditional craft techniques, and the company supports preserving heritage skills and creating sustainable income for makers. Cleobella advocates for slow fashion and conscious consumerism, and its wholesale business is cut to order to reduce overproduction.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce shipping.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and counting.
Comfort using computers, including order systems, spreadsheets, and label printers.
Ability to work at a steady pace and stay organized during busy periods.
Team player with clear communication skills who takes ownership of their work.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
Reliability and punctuality for a 7:30 AM start.

Responsibilities

Process daily e-commerce orders in the ERP and Shopify, and flag order issues to the team.
Create and print pull sheets so orders are picked accurately and in the correct sequence.
Pick and pack e-commerce orders carefully.
Prepare shipments, print labels, and send packages out on schedule.
Receive and count new products, check them against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
Pick, pack, and ship products for influencer, PR, and marketing requests.
Pick and pack wholesale orders for retail partners according to each account’s requirements.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Help with other warehouse tasks as needed.
