About The Position

Grand Appliance is looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce / Online Sales Associate to help grow our digital presence and support our online customers throughout their shopping experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing top-notch virtual support and driving online sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, remote position that works 5 days per week, with weekends, evenings, and some holidays as a requirement. Candidates residing in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones are primarily sought, with scheduled hours based on the chosen candidate's time zone.

Requirements

Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and basic Microsoft Office tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for helping customers and delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience

Responsibilities

Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product recommendations, availability, promotions, and order status
Process and manage online orders through our e-commerce platform
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, service, in-store sales teams) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all online sales and customer interactions
Monitor website for product accuracy, pricing updates, and inventory
Suggest improvements to online sales processes and customer experience
