About The Position

We exist to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This role supports that mission by processing product for the online store, fulfilling and shipping orders, and contributing to a positive, faith-filled work environment. The team values making a real difference behind the scenes and being part of a mission-driven team, with opportunities for prayer and devotions with co-workers.

Requirements

• Have a heart for service and alignment with our Christian values
• Experience with photography or visual merchandising
• Knowledge of clothing brands, styles, and resale value
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and implement improvements
• Experience working with volunteers or in a nonprofit setting

Responsibilities

• Process the product for the online store.
• Keep processed product neat and organized.
• Fulfill and ship orders.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.
• Other duties as assigned.
