About The Position

The E-commerce Merchandising Specialist is responsible for maintaining and merchandising products across Eco Battery's family of Shopify websites. This supporting role works under the direction of the E-commerce Manager and works closely with marketing, product management, engineering, customer service, and sales to ensure products are accurately represented, easy to shop, and optimized for conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of e-commerce experience who enjoys learning, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

1–3 years of e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, or digital retail experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Shopify is preferred.
Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain products, bundles, and collections within Shopify.
Keep product information, pricing, and merchandising accurate and up to date.
Maintain and merchandise both our consumer and dealer e-commerce experiences.
Write and optimize product descriptions, meta titles, and other SEO content.
Identify opportunities to improve internal linking across products, collections, and blogs.
Monitor and manage customer product reviews, escalating issues when appropriate.
Optimize site search, product recommendations, upsells, and cross-sells.
Analyze website performance and recommend merchandising and conversion improvements.
Assist with new product launches, promotional campaigns, and website updates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
