About The Position

The E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator will manage and optimize product listings, merchandise collections, support product launches, monitor website performance, and assist with conversion optimization initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the City of Industry, CA.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce merchandising, SEO, and product content.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, and digital assets.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in improving customer experience and online sales.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, videos, specifications, and SEO.
• Merchandise Shopify collections, homepage features, promotional pages, and navigation to improve product discovery.
• Support product launches by coordinating listings, bundles, promotional offers, and merchandising plans.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to product pages, collections, and customer experience.
• Assist with conversion optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, cross-sells, upsells, and merchandising updates.
• Maintain deals schedule and update deals page.
