About The Position

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and oversee all aspects of our digital storefront and supporting warehouse operations. This role serves as a key link between sales, marketing, and fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer experience from website interaction through order delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and warehouse operations, with the ability to manage both online performance and physical logistics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy
  • Experience managing or working closely with warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
  • Experience managing both digital storefronts and physical fulfillment operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, content updates, and performance of the e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Optimize user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and customer journey
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media
  • Analyze key performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic) using tools like Google Analytics
  • Manage product merchandising, pricing, promotions, and product launches
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, IT, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and improve website performance and online sales growth
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure alignment between online store and warehouse stock
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and visibility (what is in stock and where it is located)
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage operations
  • Coordinate with carriers and optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines (2-day, 3-day, etc.)
  • Oversee returns process including inspections and restocking procedures
  • Track warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, lead time, and cost per order
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
