About The Position

FOREO is seeking an E-Commerce Designer to execute e-commerce page designs, campaign creatives, and promotional materials. This role involves adapting and rolling out design assets across various SEA marketplace channels and campaign touchpoints in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam. The designer will ensure consistency with FOREO's brand identity and design standards, manage design requests independently, and support video/motion content creation. Collaboration with the SEA marketplace and BD team on design timelines is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of brand identity and visual consistency — able to work within an established brand system rather than create one.
• Good creative sense and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, very detail-oriented — particularly important for detailed thumbnail work that requires patience and care.
• Some prior relevant work experience.
• Comfortable executing independently once given direction — reliable, mature, self-managing.
• Proficiency in standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma or equivalent).

Nice To Haves

• Video/motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
• Capable of taking on some independent creative work, not just execution.
• Prior e-commerce or marketplace design experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop asset formats).
• Experience working with a regional or global brand's established design system.

Responsibilities

• Execute e-commerce page designs, campaign creatives, and promotional materials based on direction from the Shanghai design team.
• Adapt and roll out design assets across SEA marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and campaign touchpoints across SG, MY, PH and VN.
• Maintain consistency with FOREO's brand identity and design standards across all execution work.
• Turn around design requests independently and reliably.
• Support video/motion content where needed (Reels, short-form campaign videos, product demos).
• Coordinate with the SEA marketplace and BD team on design timelines tied to campaign calendars and promotions.
