About The Position

Dynamic Server Support is a senior position responsible for repairing a variety of client products and performing basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and servers. The role interacts directly with clients to address technical issues in a timely and accurate manner. The position is listed as a Dynamic Technician, with pay of $18.00 per hour and an additional incentive for each call closed.

Requirements

Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by Management.
Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
Ability to communicate with clients regarding technical issues.
Ability to drive to client locations, travel long distances, and accept occasional overnight assignments in other geographies.
Ability to lift or move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for designated equipment.
Answer client questions in a professional manner.
Accept and deliver all assigned service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria in accordance with guidelines and policies.
Complete administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines.
Complete real-time reporting of calls as documented in established policies and guidelines.
Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to successful service delivery for each client.
Maintain control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements.
Report all activity accurately and in a timely manner.
Understand and follow safety policies and guidelines in daily work.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
