Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests, and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
- Accurately total, process, and collect guest payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and process credit and debit card payments and change in accordance with company cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Know the restaurant’s menu and products and make recommendations that fit guests’ needs, especially when asked about potential food allergens.
- Help create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
- Uphold safety and health standards to maintain a comfortable environment for customers.
