About The Position
Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Team Lead for its Dunkin Donuts airport dining concept. The role is based in a diverse and inclusive retail and dining environment, serving travelers and creating first-class guest experiences. Employees uphold safety and health standards to help maintain a comfortable environment customers can trust. The Team Lead warmly greets guests, takes drink and food orders, processes payments, handles cash and card transactions in accordance with company procedures, and shares knowledgeable menu recommendations, including guidance when guests ask about potential food allergens.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge guests and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
- Accurately total, process, and collect guest payments, including through the point-of-sale system.
- Handle money and process credit and debit card transactions while following company Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
- Know the restaurant's menu and products and make recommendations suited to guests' needs, especially when asked about potential food allergens.
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
- Uphold safety and health standards to maintain a comfortable environment customers can trust.
