About The Position

The Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor supports daily Table Games operations by guiding Dealers, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent Guest experience. The role includes supervising, coaching, and supporting Dealers; monitoring gameplay, player activity, and table inventories; overseeing cards, dice, fills, and credits; and helping maintain compliant, safe, and positive gaming operations. The Supervisor also assists with scheduling, training, and performance management and communicates with leadership to support smooth floor operations.

Requirements

• Table Games experience required.
• Knowledge of table games rules, player tracking, and internal controls.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and Guest service excellence.
• Flexible availability based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
