About The Position

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Dual Hotel Manager to lead a high-performing hotel team and ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial success. This role serves as the liaison between the hotel brand, owners, and Concord, while representing the hotel in the community and driving results across all departments. As a Concord Leader, you will be responsible to inspire greatness in your team, encourage and support team members to reach their full potential, create a work environment that is a Great Place to Work for all, lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism, and care for your team and their families.

Requirements

  • Prior General Manager experience required
  • Proven experience leading hotel teams to outstanding results
  • Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational performance
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on financial results
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and best practices
