About The Position
This role will maintain two hotel properties, ensuring excellent physical condition. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical/mechanical repairs, and pool/spa maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols. We're looking for proactive, highly motivated team members who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years in maintenance (hospitality experience preferred).
- Proficiency in basic repairs; familiarity with maintenance software.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, stand/walk entire shift, and perform strenuous tasks.
- Flexibility in scheduling (24/7 operation).
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC).
- Conduct routine pool/spa maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance.
- Utilize quore software for logging repairs and communication.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards (lock out/tag out, pci, fire, osha).
- Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks.
- Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive team environment.
