We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join us who will be responsible for ensuring that all physical building assets and equipment remain in good repair with a minimum of down time. This is accomplished by performing day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance projects in the hotel. The Shift Engineer is a full-time position. Specialized skills such as HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical is highly desired. CPO Certification Required. We will provide training if necessary. Requirements

  • Must be able to read and interpret documents to include: Blueprints/Schematics, Procedure manuals, OSHA standards such as LockOut/TagOut, SDS, etc.
  • Possess the individual ability to troubleshoot, repair and/or maintain all of the following: Physical building to include all FF&E, A/C and refrigeration equipment, Electrical systems, Mechanical equipment (i.e. motors, starters, pumps, fans, etc.), Plumbing and drains, Pneumatic and electronic systems and controls, Fire Alarm and Life Safety equipment.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Analytical skills in order to be able to assess and identify problems and then implement solutions.
  • Must be able to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Certified Pool Operator license required.
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Must be able to pass E-Verify.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
