Dual Director of Sales will oversee all sales efforts for both hotels, with a strong focus on: Corporate accounts, Group business, SMERF market, Meeting & event sales, Local negotiated accounts, Community engagement, Opening activation strategies for the voco Hayward launch. This leader will work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, and Corporate Leadership to maximize revenue, market share, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about hospitality sales.
